Why Do I Need a Cooler?

Proper oil temperature is very critical to the correct operation of your motorcycle’s engine.  Oil that is too cold tends to be thick and has a difficult time lubricating the moving parts of your engine, causing unnecessary wear. It’s also important that the oil to reaches a temperature of 220-230 degrees in order to boil off contaminants that collect in the oil. 

On the other hand, if the oil gets too hot, then you are destroying the lubrication properties which also cause substantial wear on the motor. After spending that much money on a motorcycle, the last thing you want is to have the motor stop working before its time.  Our unique UltraCool system has a cover over the cooler which allows you to control the air flow constantly, allowing your bike to perform at its best.
