UltraCool respects the privacy of its customers and site visitors. As a company, we will not share, sell, rent or disclose any collected information from such customers. Only in legally compelling situations must UltraCool disclose the personal information provided by the customer.
Information Collected
When a customer requests information from UltraCool via email, the information provided may be used for future contact regarding new products and/or updates regarding upgrades to the UltraCool product line as well as local venues UltraCool is attending. Your email address or any information provided will not be shared or sold to a third party.
Cookies
When a customer logs into our website using his/her username and password, he/she is assigned an account specific cookie. Once he/she logs out of our UltraCool website system, that account specific cookie is discarded.
Updating, Correcting & Deleting Personal Information
As a customer, you have the right to send a request regarding the removal or addition of any and all information provided to UltraCool. To request removal of information, submit the “Remove Personal Information” request form. To update your account information, simply submit the “Information Change” form. In both cases, an UltraCool Representative from the appropriate department will contact you when this task is complete.
Policy changes
Overtime as a company, our Privacy Policy will be under review for editing based upon new legal laws or updated technology. When such changes are made, an UltraCool Representative will be contacting its customers to update them on the changes made.
