All the motorcycle oil coolers available up until now, only work when it's not needed and don't work when the need is greatest. What we mean by this is that when the engine is in prolonged idle, such as traffic situations, there is no air flow through the radiator. That is when cooling the oil is needed most. The only time they cool is when the motorcycle is moving, allowing air flow through the radiator, by then it's to late.

The UltraCool motorcycle oil cooler works when cooling is needed most. The UltraCool system "CONTROLS" the oil temperature. It maintains the oil temperature within the factory recommended range of 190 degrees to 230 degrees. The cooler does this whether the motorcycle is moving or stuck in traffic.

Our UltraCool Motorcycle Oil Coolers:
- Have a cover that keeps the unit free of debris or rocks The cover also controls the air flow through the cooler so there is no over-cooling.
- Allow oil to circulate through the cooler only when the oil temperature is higher than 160 degrees. This means that the engine warms up to operating temperature faster and will allow the moisture to evaporate to reduce oil contamination.
- Utilize a thermostatically controlled, high output fan that forces air through the oil cooler when the temperature rises above 210 degrees. It automatically turns the fan back off when the oil temperature drops below 190 degrees.
